Do you have questions regarding your Delaware Medicaid Managed Care (MCO) or Mental Health Care organization? Consider joining our monthly MCO calls, which are designed to help resolve your Medicaid managed care and mental health care questions and concerns.
What is an MCO Call?
An MCO call provides families and caregivers a non-adversarial forum through which they can address concerns about their child’s Medicaid Managed Care program. Representatives from Delaware health care and behavior health agencies as well as other related agencies are available during these calls to help resolve any questions and concerns.
Call participants have the opportunity to share concerns, ask questions, and discuss issues related to Medicaid services for their children with special needs, including mental health/behavioral or emotional needs.
We will also take questions from adults who have United Healthcare Community Plan and Highmark Health Options as their Medicaid MCO through the Diamond State Health Plan Plus (adults). Note that United Healthcare and Highmark are the same MCO’s for children and adults.
How To Participate in an MCO Call
MCO calls are held the second Tuesday of each month from 11:00am to 1:00pm, EST. Anyone may join a call by following these dial-in instructions during the designated call window:
- Dial Toll Free: 1-800-220-9875
- Enter Participant Code: 40369724#
Upon being connected into the call, you will be prompted to introduce yourself. That’s it! Come prepared with your questions and concerns.
