Did you know that the Delaware State Parks systems offers an Assistance Program for an Annual Pass? If you are a Delaware resident and are currently receiving assistance from a State Service Center, you may be eligible to purchase an annual state park pass for only $10. This pass allows the vehicle it is attached to, and up to six occupants of that vehicle, unlimited entries to all Delaware State Parks during the fee season.
Who is eligible for the Delaware State Parks Assistance Program? Those receiving any of the following types of assistance are eligble for the reduced $10 Annual Pass fee through the Assistance Program:
- Public Assistance
- General Assistance
- Medicaid
- Social Security Income
- Food Stamps
- WIC
- Child Care Assistance Program.
How can you take advantage of this offer?
Contact your State Services Center to receive a mail-in envelope with an eligibility stamp. Then take the envelope to any park office or mail it in with the $10 payment. Have additional questions? Contact The Delaware Division of Parks and Recreation at (302) 739-9220.

Do you already hold an American The Beautiful Access Pass? Simply bring that with you to the State Park you want to visit. Delaware residents who hold an America the Beautiful Access Pass will be exempted from seasonal or daily entrance fees to Delaware State Parks. You will also receive a 20% discount off camping rates at the State Parks.
The Delaware State Parks wants everyone to enjoy it’s beautiful parks system. So come on out and enjoy them.
