Activist with children at a non profit event

Parent Information Center of Delaware is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping families whose children have special healthcare needs/disabilities navigate, have access to, and receive the services and resources their children need. We help families become informed advocates for their children and for other families that have not yet found their Voice.
