Welcome to Delaware Family Voices
Thank you for visiting the Delaware Family Voices and our Family to Family Health Information Center website.
Caring for children with special needs is often complex, and Delaware Family Voices and the Family to Family Health Information Center is in the unique position to help. Like you, we are parents of children and young adults with physical, developmental and mental health challenges, and we have firsthand experience navigating the maze of health care services and programs in our state.
We help families of children with special needs become informed, experienced, and self-sufficient advocates for their children and themselves. There is no charge for the services we provide. We are funded through federal grants.
This website provides families with valuable resources and information concerning children’s healthcare needs. If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact us.

Got Questions? Call Us!
Don’t forget – Delaware Family Voices can – and should – be your “first stop” for questions about your child’s DMMA/MCO coverage. We especially want to hear if you are experiencing an unexpected change in services, or if it is harder to find providers. The more we know about issues with DMMA and their MCO plans, the better we can advocate for improvements and changes to better serve our families.
Don’t let your medicaid/managed care (MCO) questions or concerns sit on the sidelines. We can help you get the most out of your MCO insurance coverage. Call Delaware Family Voices at (302) 669-3030 and let’s work out the issues together.

A Message From Delaware Family Voices:
The heart of our organization beats to ensure that all children and all families’ voices are heard, respected, included and equal in the healthcare system, in our local communities, our nation and the world. We stand united with those who peacefully condemn the murder of George Floyd and so many other black men, women and children on the basis of race. We stand united with those who peacefully call for an awakening in the collective conscious of our nation. We stand united with those who demand the end of structural racism. We stand united and move forward with those who work to bring about change for all children and families. We encourage these difficult and necessary conversations, and will continue to share resources and calls to action for those who want to learn, as well as teach their children about racial injustice, as today’s children are the next generation of change.
